Hello everyone!
I wanted to share with you my plant-based kitchen staples, all oil-free and without preservatives and additives. My favourite online shop to order from is Real Foods and from time to time I have also found a few of these products at Ocado.
Most of them can be found at Whole Foods but I don’t think you can order online so definitely pop into one of the shops next time you are in their neighbourhood. A few items are from Waitrose, Sainsburys or M&S.
I have linked the products to the shops where I usually buy them so hopefully this can help save you a bit of time when you go food shopping. I will be including a full list of plant-based groceries in my cookbook!

I loved this video! I am on the Paddison Program too. Thank you for sharing your favorite products. Have you tried orange lentils? I’ve just recently been eating them. They are delicious.

Lovely to hear from you and well done for taking care of your healthy with the PP and beyond! I have tried red lentils, although the look slightly orange when cooked, I wonder if that’s what you are thinking about? Otherwise I might need to scout for orange ones! The red ones are delicious and I have put my favourite red lentil recipe in my cookbook so really can’t wait to share it with you guys once I get it published!
