The PP & resources

I came across the Paddison Program in October 2015, while researching natural ways of healing inflammatory arthritis.  In the Paddison Program, Clint Paddison explains the underlying cause of RA, before presenting the steps of reversing the disease naturally.

I personally wouldn’t have been able to figure out the science behind the condition so I am ever so grateful to have found the PP.  Knowing what brought the condition on in the first place, has made all the difference to me and I no longer worry about it kicking off again.

Dr McDougall’s Health and Medical Centre

The most useful website in educating yourself about the health implications of following a plant-based diet.  Dr McDougall also offers many different programs, study weekends and courses to help you take control over your health:

The Book: The China Study

I would warmly recommend reading The China Study, because for me it made such a great impact and helped enormously in my recovery and healing process from Inflammatory Arthritis.

“The China Study examines the relationship between the consumption of animal products (including dairy) and chronic illnesses such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and bowel cancer.  The authors conclude that people who eat a whole-food, plant-based vegan diet—avoiding all animal products, including beef, pork, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, and milk, and reducing their intake of processed foods and refined carbohydrates—will escape, reduce, or reverse the development of numerous diseases.”  – Wikipedia

The Movie: Forks Over Knives

A film that may very well change your life.  For me it was another amazing tool in finding inspiration and information in order to heal myself naturally.

“Forks Over Knives examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods.”
